Zillow 3D Tour

 

Zillow tours use 360° panoramic photos to create a navigable tour and directly integrate with Zillow.  These tours offer a general floor plan with basic measurements.

While Zillow 3D tours offer a fast turnaround and are used for Zillow Showcase listings, they are considered lower in quality and detail when compared to other types of 3D tours. Click HERE for an example.

iGUIDE

​

iGUIDE tours combine LiDAR or spatial scanning + 360° photos to produce 3D tours with precise room dimensions and interactive floor plans. They produce highly-accurate, industry-standard floor plans (within 1% accuracy) which are ideal for buyers and architects alike.

These tours combine an interactive floor plan and tour together, meaning that the user can click on the floor plan to jump into the tour at that location. These tours can be embedded and used on any platform (not just Zillow), thus offering the ability to avoid expensive fees for Zillow Showcase listings. Click HERE for an example.

Matterport

Matterport tours, also known as "dollhouse" tours, build 3D spatial models with depth data. These tours offer rich detail and depth, and offer advanced tagging and editing features. While they can be embedded on many real estate sites, current Zillow display varies due to platform conflicts, and direct integration with Zillow is currently not available due to recent industry changes.

​Matterport tours require continued hosting fees for extended timeframes (example:  the listing doesn't sell for over a year).​
